Located in Da Nang, Vietnam, our retreat partners with high-quality resort-style apartments and hotels that offer clean, modern rooms, air conditioning, private bathrooms, and comfortable bedding to ensure quality sleep between sessions.

Guests can choose from private or shared room options, depending on preference and budget. All rooms are within close proximity to training facilities, dining areas, and local amenities, making your daily routine seamless and stress-free.

After intense training sessions, you’ll return to a calm, comfortable space designed for recovery — because progress doesn’t just happen in the gym.

Nutrition & Meals

Your training drives progress — your nutrition accelerates it.

At AXON Retreats in Da Nang, Vietnam, our food philosophy is simple: meals should support your goals, fuel performance, and enhance recovery.

While menus rotate seasonally, every meal is built around three principles:

1. Protein-Focused for Recovery
High-quality protein sources at every meal to support muscle repair, strength gains, and satiety.

2. Structured for Fat Loss or Performance
Portion-controlled options for guests prioritising body composition, alongside higher-calorie performance plates for those training at higher volumes.

3. Whole, Nutrient-Dense Ingredients
Lean proteins, fresh vegetables, quality carbohydrates, and healthy fats — minimising processed foods while maximising micronutrient intake.

Guests receive three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), timed to align with the training schedule. Meals are balanced to maintain energy across multiple daily sessions without unnecessary spikes and crashes.

Dietary requirements and preferences can be accommodated, and our coaching team can provide guidance on portion selection based on your specific goals — whether that’s fat loss, strength development, or overall health reset.
