Every day at AXON Retreats is professionally structured so you always know what’s available — while remaining completely free to choose how much you train. Attend the sessions that match your goals, energy, and experience level.
All sessions run for 60 minutes and are fully coached.
Morning Momentum
7:00 AM — Conditioning Session
CrossFit / HYROX style training designed to build strength, improve fitness, and accelerate fat loss.
8:00 AM — Breakfast
9:30 AM — Yoga
Guided mobility and recovery sessions to improve flexibility, reduce soreness, and prepare you for the day ahead.
Midday Coaching
11:00 AM — Personal Training
Small group or individual coaching focused on technique, strength progression, and personalised improvement.
1:00 PM — Lunch
Afternoon & Evening Training
4:30 PM — Muay Thai
Skill-based training combining conditioning, coordination, and pad work in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
6:00 PM — Optional Conditioning
Additional CrossFit or conditioning session for those wanting extra training or skill development.
7:00 PM — Dinner
Sunday — Recovery & Reset
A full rest day to recover, explore, or simply relax before the next training week begins.
